Who is Ambulatory Youth Care for?
Ambulatory youth care is intended for young people who need support in their daily functioning. Guidance takes place in the home environment, at school, or within the young person's living environment.
This support is suitable when a young person:
- Has difficulty with structure, behavior, or emotional regulation
- Has a diagnosis such as mild intellectual disability, ASD, or ADHD
- Gets stuck at school, at home, or in social situations
- Needs support in developing skills and independence
- Needs guidance with complex care needs within the family or network
