Dissatisfied or have a complaint?

At Vitraa we do everything we can to provide good care. However, it may happen that you are not satisfied or have a complaint. We are affiliated with Klachtenportaal Zorg.

How does Klachtenportaal Zorg work?

Once you have submitted your complaint or dissatisfaction, Klachtenportaal Zorg assesses whether it meets the conditions for processing and which procedure is appropriate.

If information is missing or unclear, they will contact you to complete it and ensure that the complaints procedure is started correctly.

Do you want advice on how to deal with a situation you are dissatisfied with? You can also contact Klachtenportaal Zorg for this. You will not start a procedure yet.

Submit your complaint

Submit your complaint using the complaints form on the Klachtenportaal Zorg website. You can also send an e-mail.
